I am arriving internationally at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and saw Fast Track service in the SAWASDEE by AOT app.
The app mentions optional buggy service, but I am unclear what the basic Fast Track service includes.
Does the basic service include priority immigration only, or also meet-and-greet, airport escort, baggage claim help, or customs assistance?
They sent me this when I messaged them via Facebook. It includes more than I realized, it would seem the buggy service is the only thing that costs extra but it is only available at BKK currently.
The SAWASDEE by AOT service includes a dedicated Butler who will assist the passenger throughout the airport process.
Arrival Service (BKK): THB 1,700 per passenger
- Meet and greet at the arrival gate
- Fast Track immigration assistance
- Assistance with baggage claim
- Escort to the designated meeting point outside the terminal
Departure Service (BKK): THB 1,700 per passenger
- Meet and greet at the designated meeting point
- Assistance with airline check-in procedures
- Fast Track immigration assistance
- Escort through the departure process to the airside area
Buggy Service (Optional Add-on): THB 1,300 per vehicle
- Available for international arrival passengers at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only
- Maximum 2 passengers per vehicle
Please note that all Butler Services include Fast Track immigration assistance where applicable.
All Airport Premium Service packages include Fast Track service. However, passengers are required to prepare all necessary documents to present at the immigration checkpoint as usual.
