Opening Live Patch does not show any error, so why is there a red "!" mark on the shield icon in the Panel? I am using Ubuntu 22.04. I just restarted, and there are no errors on apt/snap level. nor on dpkg. Is this normal?

On Ubuntu 26.04, the solution is executing
sudo systemctl edit snap.canonical-livepatch.canonical-livepatchd.service
and drop the following overide in the drop-in location:
[Service]
ExecStartPre=/lib/systemd/systemd-networkd-wait-online --timeout=20
