In 2022, the definition of "What is Bitcoin?" was removed from the core documentation and replaced with the definition of "What is Bitcoin core?"
The reason cited for this is that "What is Bitcoin is very much up for debate".
Would core be willing to re-instate the definition of " What is Bitcoin?" as per the white paper, namely "Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System" ?

Comment:The question of whether Bitcoin Core would be willing to do something is unanswerable, because Bitcoin Core doesn’t have a spokesperson. If you have a concrete suggestion how the documentation should be amended, you should open an issue or pull request to Bitcoin Core’s repository.
